Group health-coaching workshops and classes
Group health-coaching workshops and classes are available on an ongoing basis. With a health-coaching class, you can benefit from support and accountability as you work on health-behavior changes with a group of people who have similar goals. You can even sign up with a friend. Did you come to MIT with your husband, wife, or significant other? This group organizes activities that help you make friends, learn a new language, and get information about living, working, and parenting in Boston.
New Parent Support Group
Join other new parents to meet and discuss the enormous changes being a new parent brings. Find support and community on such issues as feeding/breastfeeding/pumping, sleep, post-partum challenges, physical changes, exhaustion and new identity/roles. Community Wellness offers two types of support groups: an in-person, peer-led group and a virtual group with a Parenting Educator.
