Support Groups

Find strength in numbers through a Community Wellness support or health-coaching group, learn about group-counseling options through MIT Medical’s Student Mental Health and Counseling Service, or talk to your mental health dorm liaison.

Group health-coaching classes

Eight-week group health-coaching classes are available on an ongoing basis. With a health-coaching class, you can benefit from support and accountability as you work on health-behavior changes with a group of people who have similar goals. You can even sign up with a friend. View schedule and registration information.

New Parent Support Group

Join other new parents to meet and discuss the enormous changes being a new parent brings. Find support and community on such issues as feeding/breastfeeding/pumping, sleep, post-partum challenges, physical changes, exhaustion and new identity/roles.
