- Visit the Care Center that’s most convenient for you. Make an appointment in Cambridge or Lexington. Free parking is available in both locations.
- Make your appointment online. See available clinicians and time slots and choose the day and time that works for you. Online scheduling is available for appointments in Primary Care, the Optometry & Ophthalmology Service, Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, Travel Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and more.
- Get an appointment sooner. On average, patients at MIT Health are seen 1.5 times faster than at comparable Boston-area medical practices.*
- See a clinician without leaving home. When your concern doesn’t require an in-person consultation, telehealth appointments are available.
- Leverage our expertise — and our connections. The nearly 300 clinicians and staff at MIT Health work together to provide expert care in many clinical specialties. And when you need even more specialized tests or treatment, our clinicians have strong relationships with the best hospitals and subspecialists in the Greater Boston area.
- Make your healthcare dollar go further. With the BCBS PPO+ Plan, you’ll have no copays for Primary Care visits at MIT Health (compared to $15 copays at all other in-network providers) and just a $10 copayment for Urgent Care and specialty visits ($30 for all other in-network providers).
