Community Wellness also offers: 

  • Classes: Community Wellness provides a wide range of classes for body and mind, including classes for new and expecting parents. Learn Yoga, Qigong, or Tai Chi. Take a mindfulness mini-course or join an “unwind session.” Browse available classes and schedules and sign up online. 

  • Annual getfit challenge: MIT Health’s getfit challenge is a 12-week, team-oriented fitness challenge open to the entire MIT community. Registration takes place in early January, and the challenge begins at the end of the month. Learn more or register your team today.
