MARKETING MANAGER, MIT Medical, to manage and implement marketing efforts that both effectively promote MIT Medical and its services and help to attract and retain patients. Will develop a variety of original, complex campaigns to promote MIT Medical to external audiences, with a focus on employees and their families/dependents. Will routinely collect analytics and generate reports, proposing and performing A/B testing and other experiments designed to improve desired outcomes; be responsible for MIT Medical’s reputation management, consistently working on improving its standing in the community and with prospective employees and patients; and utilize project management techniques to develop tactics and campaigns.
REQUIRED: B.S.; five years of related marketing experience; and experience managing marketing campaigns, communication, and branding.
