MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES, MIT Medical, to run the department’s day-to-day HR operations. Will lead the design and implementation of key processes related to performance management, analytics, onboarding and retention, employee relations, talent development and management, and employee engagement programs; act as a thought partner for strategic planning activities and implement projects supporting MIT Medical’s overall strategic objectives; oversee, communicate, and manage change for all projects in partnership with key stakeholders; take a leadership role in mentoring and coaching individual contributors and managers to ensure continued growth and development and succession planning; and function as the HR business partner across all service areas.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; five years’ HR management experience and success developing and implementing impactful HR business strategies; support for MIT’s commitment to diversity and inclusion; excellent analytical, negotiation, customer service, teaching, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills; precise attention to detail; diplomacy and good judgment with confidential/sensitive information; knowledge of federal and state employment laws; and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
