Hadassah's Gentle yoga classes are relaxing and rejuvenating. The focus is on stretching muscles, aligning bones and moving with breath. Gentle Yoga is excellent for anyone seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, increased body awareness and reprieve from aches and pains. As a teacher, Hadassah draws on a variety of mind/body systems as well as her dance background. Classes are open to all levels including beginners. Led by Hadassah Segal.
