Essentrics Stretch & Tone is a moderately-paced class that emphasizes toning and flexibility. It is ideal for beginners and non-beginners who are active, healthy and fully mobile. An eclectic music playlist accompanies each workout, creating a fun, positive environment. You'll leave this one-hour class feeling more pliable, energized, elongated and strong!
