Patient Billing is available to answer your questions about charges for visits to MIT Medical. Dental billing inquiries should be addressed directly with your insurer.
If you're a student, service fees for you and your dependent children (but not your spouse) appear on your tuition bill, which is generated by Student Financial Services. Service fees for other members of the MIT community, including student spouses and partners, are billed through MIT’s Accounts Receivable Office.
If you have outside insurance, check with us before seeking care at MIT Medical to make sure that your visit will be covered, and then give us your insurance information, so we can bill your insurance. You will be responsible for any non-covered charges. You can provide your insurance information at patient registration on the first and third floors or by calling 617-258-5336.
